5-Day Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be unworn and unused

Have original tags attached

Be in the original packaging

Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Have a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (mandatory)

⚠️ An unboxing video is required for any return or replacement request.
The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition and the product inside. Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Sale items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to order a different product, please place a new order separately (subject to stock availability).


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must:

Be unused and unworn

Have original tags

Be in original packaging

Include proof of purchase

Include a mandatory unboxing video


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
